The food and drink menus at Cielito reflect a modern yet passionate Mexico, held together with only fresh local ingredients.
All our meat, vegetables, dairy products, and juices come from local farmers; sourced through a British farmer, Alan Reeder for the freshest premium dairy and cold pressed juices, Boz vegetable suppliers with fresh vegetables every other day and kingfisher Brigham for the fresh sea food delivered daily. This provides the freshest possible product at every point of our customers’ experience.
Our small wine list changes seasonally.
Our drinks list pulls together the best agave products on the market, with this list changing seasonally throughout the year to keep our menu as inviting and as dynamic as possible. This means we have fresh fruit and flavours in our margaritas and cocktails, while also offering the best tequila and mezcal for sipping and enjoyment.
We may be a small restaurant, but we aim to create an experience beyond just dining, with a uniquely educated Mexican menu and style.
